Vintage Silvestri Solid Brass Fan-Shaped Bookends – Hollywood Regency / Chinoise

A striking pair of vintage solid brass bookends featuring an open-work folding hand fan design. With their polished brass finish and Asian-inspired silhouette, they bring a wonderful Hollywood Regency or Chinoiserie look to a bookshelf, desk, or console.
Both bookends retain their original Silvestri stickers, marked “Handcrafted for Silvestri – Made in Taiwan ROC.” Silvestri brass bookends from Taiwan are known in the vintage market and can be found in a variety of decorative designs. (Chairish)
