Vintage Lancaster & Sandland "Micawber Introduces David to London" Creamer & Sug

This is a charming, vintage creamer and sugar bowl set from the renowned English pottery manufacturer Lancaster & Sandland.
Features:
Design: Part of the popular "Dickens Ware" series, this set features a colorful transferware illustration of the scene titled "Micawber Introduces David to London," from the classic Charles Dickens novel David Copperfield.
Manufacturer: Made in Hanley, England. The authentic backstamp is visible on the base of both items.
Era: Produced approximately in the late 1940s to early 1950s.
Finish: Features elegant gold luster trim around the rims.
Condition:Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is some minor age-appropriate crazing visible on the glaze and slight wear to the gold trim.
